Would you like CCBB to store your data for 3 years? If yes, an additional fee of $500 will be charged to the quote. If no, we will store your data for 30 days after completion of analysis per our data retention policy.

CCBB Policies
Data availability*

I have verified that CCBB is permitted, under all relevant IRB/DUA/etc agreements/policies, to work with the dataset(s) in question and that it is the sole responsibility of the PI per UCSD and NIH policy to verify this, as it cannot be verified by CCBB.
Authorship*

I acknowledge that the recovery of Core expenses through the recharge system does not exclude the possibility for authorship for Core personnel, who will be considered collaborators at the same level as other academic colleagues who contribute intellectually and receive funding for work on a project. Authorship does not substitute for payment of Core expenses for services rendered. (See full authorship policy here).
Grant acknowledgment*

I agree to acknowledge Altman Clinical and Translational Research Institute (ACTRI) grant # UL1TR001442 when crediting CCBB in written works.
Data retention*

I acknowledge that raw data and delivered results are stored on the CCBB servers for only 30 days after completion of analysis, and that it is my responsibility to download and back up all pertinent files to my own systems, or to explicitly contract with CCBB for paid data storage before project completion.
